The property consists of 28 one-bedroom/one-bathroom units and 2 two-bedroom/one-bathroom units. The property was built in 1981 and is located off 36th St and Thomas Rd. The one-bedroom units are each 550 sq. Ft and the two-bedroom units are each 700 sq ft.  The complex also offers a shared courtyard, laundry room, and pool. 

Currently, the company is renovating the interior of each unit with fixtures, hardware, flooring, updated painting, and appliances. On the exterior, we're transforming the look of the property by painting and improving the exterior and updating the landscaping.
